My app crashes when I open it or perform an action. What can I do?
The easiest thing to try is to delete the Sitrion ONE app and install again by downloading the app from your respective mobile platform's app store. Failing that, you could provide your help desk a copy of the crash logs. For iOS device users, instructions can be found here, under the section "Getting Crash Logs Directly From a Device Without Xcode". For Androiddevice users, you will need a log extraction app which can be found here.
